Shipping and Delivery

After you place an order, we will check the size and weight of your shipment, and then contact you with the shipping cost. Each order is different, which is why we do not have a standard shipping rate. We want you to only pay for what you have to, that is why each shipping cost is customized to your unique order. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice when shipping freight prepaid. Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. No minimum order required.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with us late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).

Returns and Replacements

Please inspect your package and its content immediately upon receipt for any visible damages. You have seven working days to notify us of any damages. UPS policy requires us to notify them of any damages within a certain time frame. Your failure to notify us on a timely manner will forfeit your rights to any claims against shipping damages.

We will review your submission and will forward this number to be applied on your return package. Please email us as regarding your request a RMA #. will be issued. You may e-mail us at or contact us at 323-234-3000 for other concerns. Items must be returned in their original packaging as shipped by the freight company company.

All shipping is 3rd party shipper and it is up to you to inspect all items upon receiving the shipment such as damages and color. 25% restocking fee on all returns. No return no exchange on any flooring unless special arrangements have been made. Due to the fact that all items are shipped with a 3rd party we cannot guarantee delays in your shipping. Are goal is to get you the best price possible. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Custom orders called in are not subject to cancellation. If an order is shipped prior to cancellation, it is subject  to a 35% restocking fee plus any shipping charges.
