Placing an Order
You may place your order via email to sales@rightflooring.com or fax to 323-234-3000. Please be sure to include your full name, product and/or item number, quantity, and the best phone number to reach you.Your order will be processed in the order it was received.
Shipping and Delivery
By default, all orders are setup for pick up at our Los Angeles location. If you need delivery, we will check the size and weight of your shipment, and then contact you with the shipping cost. Since each order is different, we want you to only pay for what you have to. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice when shipping freight prepaid. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with us late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
Right Flooring, a division of American Floor Covering Center, is not responsible for orders/shipments once they are picked up by the 3rd party carrier. Please inspect your package and its content immediately upon receipt for any visible damages. You have seven working days to notify us of any damages. Freight carriers require us to notify them of any damages within a certain time frame. Your failure to notify us on a timely manner will forfeit your rights to any claims against shipping damages.
We will review your submission and will forward this number to be applied on your return package. Please email us at sales@rightflooring.com to request an RMA #. You may e-mail us at sales@rightflooring.com or contact us at 323-234-3000 for other concerns. Items must be returned in their original packaging as shipped by the freight company.
All shipping is 3rd party shipper and it is up to you to inspect all items upon receiving the shipment such as damages and color. 35% restocking fee (subject to manufacturers approval) plus any shipping charges. We do not accept returns on overage material or defective material that has been installed. Once flooring is installed, it is considered accepted as is.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Custom order and special order material is non-cancellable once the order is placed and is non-returnable . If an order is shipped prior to cancellation, it is subject to a 35% restocking fee plus any shipping charges.
